Postpartum nourishment is so important and each week, I’m excited to launch a different menu to nourish you. This week, as hopefully the weather is starting to warm up, I’m still focussing on warming, easy to digest foods that are easy on the digestive system and full of nutrients to support postpartum recovery. Brown rice & Lentil Congee Bowl (V)
Slow cooked in a vegetable & kombu broth, topped with sesame Mushroom medley, wakame seaweed, Pure Earth Superfoods lactofermented carrots, served with scallion oil. Option to add jammy egg, shredded chicken.
Nourishing Mediterranean Bowl (V)
Orzo with zucchini, mushrooms, in a creamy artichoke & spinach sauce, topped with your choice of chicken or tofu souvlaki. Vegan option for creamy sauce available.
Tuscan Tomato, White Bean & Kale Soup (V)
A hearty soup of Fire roasted tomatoes, Flourist navy beans, lacinato kale, carrots, celery, onion.
The Best Vegan Ramen (V)
Shiitake mushrooms, asian greens, corn, scallions, panfried organic tofu in a spicy-ish sesame broth. Option to add a jammy egg. Please indicate spice preference.
Spring Bolognese
Lamb & Beef bolognese, onion, carrot, garlic, peas, spinach, lemon, parmesan
Sri Lankan Chickpea /Chicken Curry (V)
Coconut based curry with Fourist chickpeas (or organic chicken), tomatoes, spinach, peas on a bed of cumin-spiced basmati rice.
